an awesome stay , really!
modern design comfy bed metro station breakfast choices
the staff showed genuine warmth and the location was fantastic . the room had a modern design , was super clean and had a very comfy bed. breakfast offered many choices , and the spa area provided a lovely , relaxing escape. i especially liked the convenient access to metro stations nearby.
the elevator experienced a brief , minor issue , it was quickly resolved , though.

the team was really helpful and always ready to assist. i saw staff promptly handling requests and delivering attentive , personalized service throughout my stay. their kindness added so much.

The location was convenient. The room decor featured nice touches. The bathroom was quite spacious. I also appreciated that the hotel has a nice swimming pool and sauna area.
At check-out, I found handling the deposit a bit difficult. I asked if extra charges could be deducted from the deposit I had paid. The receptionist told me this was 'not the hotel's procedure'. I found that unhelpful. No staff offered to help us with our luggage at checkout. Staff were gossiping. I consider that unprofessional.

humiliating checkout room inspection
The room decor looked great. The bathroom felt spacious and comfortable. The AC units operated independently in different parts of the room.
I had issues with the checkout. It felt unpleasant and a bit humiliating. After a week, they refused to return my deposit without a full inspection of the room. My taxi waited, yet I was held up for a room check, though the minibar got checked daily. I felt treated like a potential thief, not a guest.

the breakfast tasted good it had a lot of options
the checkout was not smooth at all they wanted to check the room thoroughly before returning my deposit this made me feel mistrusted and delayed my departure

i appreciated the hotel's boutique feel and central location. the breakfast each morning offered varied and fresh options. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions. the hotel maintained perfect cleanliness throughout my stay.
the gym had limited equipment and space, restricting workout options.
